If you were having a bad day or feeling down about yourself, there were few people who could give you an ego boost as quickly as Alexis. After months of working with her, wine nights, gossip sessions, watching her plan an event like almost no one else except maybe my friend Tahani, I'm going to miss my bestie.

I can't even be mad, though, because at least Vallo gave me time to get to know her and knowing this place, it could always bring her back. In the meantime, if you need a similar pick me up, try the Beyonce Compliments Your Hair froyo. It's almost as good as when Alexis would. Almost.

Guess I should tell you. I have news.

Keeping this contained so as not to cause unnecessary panic, but - just wanted to say that coordinates and the TemPad (and a very 'lit up' Miss Minutes) led me to the Citadel this morning. It was the home of He Who Remains, and Loki met him personally - I didn't. But he created the TVA and essentially ran the TVA from the Citadel at the End of Time; it looks like a giant gothic castle and no doubt all his archives and paperwork related to the creation of the TVA are in there.

I just need some help going through it all. Once we do, there are some helpful schematics for creating time tech - I trust that none of us would use it in the same nefarious ways he did though. And I want to find out about my own nexus event--

Today is a very important day. It is the day that Sirius Black was born, so everyone should probably spam his phone with cute images of animals, especially dogs.

Sirius is still maintaining that he's old now (I threw a pillow at him already), and wants to 'pretend' he's young. So we're heading out to dinner at Galdin Quay (7 p.m.), and then we have a table reserved at Lux. We hope to see you at one or both spots later!

A new podcast should be released tonight with a focus on the Shield spell and other offensive spellwork, wedding customs in my home's culture (topical; congratulations again once you're not honeymooning, Lynches), and a discussion of cranberries. Varying, so -- give it a listen, if you so choose.

And in other news, my tower is full of wine.

Clarification, my tower is full of wine from home that I assume is either an early celebration of another year passing or an apology for bringing a younger and thirstier version of myself here in the first place. My willingness to share is based on an arbitrary system that changes from day to day and is dependent entirely on favoritism. It's very complicated.

It's come to my attention (thanks Tony) that there is a hammer sitting on a sidewalk downtown that no one seems to be able to move, but a whole lot of people are trying. Please let me know if someone succeeds. I have a castle that is impossible to keep clean to go with your new monarch title that is basically useless here.
