Hmmmm, I don't know! People have asked and I don't have a good answer! Mostly I just think like, I get to control me and how I react to things? So if a customer, or, really anyone, isn't the nicest to me, that doesn't make it OKAY, but I can control what it does to me after the fact? And they'll go away, and maybe they'll feel badly, or maybe they won't care, but at the end of the day, it's only temporary. And tomorrow is a new day and a new chance to make new decisions :)
