Good. I think we may have found your center, then. All practicioners need a place to think on - either real, or imagined - that brings them comfort. It may sound counter-intuitive, but being in battle, and being able to visualize a place of calm and personal power is extremely helpful.
Your assignment this week is to spend 20 minutes every day doing nothing but going over Fox Way in your mind. Don't try to make it photo-realistic: this is the idealized version that comes to you most easily and readily.
