The sigh of relief was something that Genji heard from himself rather than felt, his eyes raking over her appearance once before he took a step forward and wrapped her arms around her, more than anything just glad to see somebody else familiar. Jesse was, but at the same time he seemed very different from the man he'd known on missions. He was happy for him in some ways, jealous in many others. Vallo was a world that he would have been very interested to explore at a point in his life when he'd been human, rich and with all of the power he could dream of having in a city and now, it represented something very different. Maybe not a cage, but a place where his cybernetics did still garner him the occasional odd look and with not many places to go to escape that without venturing into various different kinds of danger, he had ended up feeling somewhat trapped.

It would be rude to have not come to visit, wouldn't it?" he glanced around the apartment room that he had decided not to get, a lack of trust in the people running this place being the primary reason. That being said, now that he was actually in here he couldn't see any cameras or hidden bugs, nor could he pick up on anything strange in the environment through his cybernetics.
The idea that people here were just kind was still very hard to believe, though. "You aren't hurt, are you? Where did you- um," he waved a hand, trying to think of the right kind of word. "...Land? Appear?"
