Waggling his dark, silvery eyebrows Peter folded his arms and leaned on his side to look down at Eloise playfully. “We can play as a team or...competitively?” The question came with a nod of his head in the direction of the air hockey table and the Asteroids machine behind her. Of course, Peter enjoyed competition but whatever she choose he would have fun. Video games were a favorite past time of his for a reason.
“You see that table there? That’s called air hockey. You try and knock the puck into the other persons goal with a paddle, simple, yet satisfying....orrrr.” He pointed to a few cooperative games next to Asteroids. “There’s Contra, a pretty dude bro gun shooting game, Mario bros, Ms. Pac-Man...” He trailed off until the much more loud and modern DDR machine was blasting music again. “And then there’s that even more modern dance game where we have to get the timing right.” There was more of course but the handful he named was probably overwhelming enough. Sometimes too many choices wasn’t the best thing.
