Peter was about to tease her but then remembered--oh yeah, no technology from her time. At all. He could probably let her go on about "trousers" all day.
"Hey hey, relax, take it easy--" He couldn't help but chuckle as she hovered over the game exerting excitement and perplexity all at once. "Everybody dies the first time. That's the cool thing about games, you have quarters? You get to try again. You've got one life left, here I'll help." Peter put the tip of his fingers on top of the joystick so she could still navigate and he could help. "All the lights and ghosts are freaking out, trying to distract you, but you just be calm and cool as a cucumber."
Up, eating the dots, nom nom, left, eating the dots, nom nom nom, casually turning away from the ghost. "Think of it like a puzzle. Think faster than the pixels--Red thinks he's going to trap you in over here? We eat the big piece and turn around and eat him and his buddy to show 'em whose boss, then casually finish the rest of the section. See? You already have the bottom corner done and you've eaten two ghosts." He kept his fingers on the top of the joystick but let her have more control. "They want you to think you have to eat everything in an order but the map is yours and you decide what you eat and when."
