"Beau!" A grin spread across her cheeks as she put down her camera. Amelia could hardly believe that it was October, she wasn't even sure where the last few months had disappeared to. This was her first time in the gardens in months. She missed all of the summer blooms and the corpse flower blooming and---
It was unfortunate, but Amelia had to get out of England for a while. Unable to face her mother or father and not wanting to risk running into Scarlett, she felt it was a good time for another world tour. She didn't have--- who could she possibly talk to about any of this? The one person she really wanted to talk to had made it perfectly clear that she didn't want to see her again. Amelia had never felt so lonely than she had while trying to figure out what to do---how she felt about this new information she had uncovered.
"I've been out of town, I'm sorry that I missed the gardens in the summer. I was so close to capturing them in every season. Though these pictures through the fire may come close to making up for it. And, of course, you can use them! I'd gladly let you use any of my pictures in exchange for admission. This is one of my favorite places." Snapping one last photo, Amelia slung her camera over her shoulder to remove the temptation and give her full attention to Beau.
"How have you been? Are you ready for fall and the holiday season?"
