Unlike his counterparts (Napoleon Solo and Gaby Teller) he is new to Orange County after having spent most of his life in Russia as a military man. He's been sent to the US on the behalf of his home country, to gather information and if needs be take down high profile targets. Joke's on them though as he actually enjoys America, but good luck trying to get him to say that aloud. He's very very stubborn.
Kyle Valenti Michael Trevino

He was born and raised in the OC. Is and remains the best friend of Alex Manes. Dated Liz before and during highschool, but left the OC to attend a prestigious medical school in Boston but returned after graduation to pick up a job as a surgeon at the Orange Coast Medical Center where he spends Mondays-Fridays but in his free time he can be found at the local VA and free clinics volunteering his services. He also spends a lot of time with his dad who is unfortunately going through what seems to be early onset dementia so Kyle is all work and no play.
Gareth "Grizz" Visser Jack Mulhern
Gareth Visser is from the TV Show 'The Society'. More information on him can be found here
He's living the life he would have lived had things not happened the way they did in the show. That means leaving his hometown along with his friends behind, striking out in a new direction, attending college and just exploring who he is a person away from everything and everyone familiar. He'll be a new arrival to the OC and I look forward to getting him involved with anyone and everyone.
Pietro "Quicksilver" Maximoff Aaron Taylor-Johnson

Well, he's not been in America very long, and has recently moved to the OC. He's an Uber driver (why he thought that was the right career for him I will never know!) and right now he's suffering from amnesia due to the terrorist attack on his hometown in Romania so he literally has no idea who he is. All he knows is he woke up, in a hospital, all alone, and that's about it. Right now he's going around calling himself "Peter" because for some reason that was the name that stuck. He might not have his memory but he's still Pietro. Quick talking, impatient, smartass, says what's on his mind and has little patience for bullshit.
Pogue Parry Taylor Kitsch
Pogue Parry is from the marvellous trashfire movie The Covenant. More information on him can be found here
In canon he's a witchy individual with a hair trigger temper and one hell of a possessive streak. Honestly not much has changed in the OC, but he's less magic and not quite as well off as he is canon. Helps that he emancipated himself as soon as he was able, better that than doing something he regretted for the rest of his life. He's recently come back from travelling the world and is currently crashing with Caleb and bartending at Pandemonium. That and just hanging out with his friends.
Reid Garwin Toby Hemmingway

In canon he's a witchy individual with terrible self control and impulses to make any sensible person weep. That much hasn't changed in the OC but he has no idea about the power he has and right now he's living his best rich kid life which equates to doing as little as possible but enjoying every second of it. He's super close to all the Covenant boys but Tyler in particular, they live together and it's honestly just a mess.
Pogue Parry Sebastian Stan
TJ Hammond is from the mini series Political Animals. More information on him can be found here
TJ was born and raised in the OC with his twin brother, both parents are ridiculously successful, and don't really approve of certain aspects of his lifestyle. So much so that he has to hide a lot of what he does and play the perfect playboy role for the whole world to see. He's pretty good at it but it comes at a cost and that he pays alone. Whilst his twin followed in their mother's footsteps and became a successful attorney TJ went another route, he's a club promoter, and in hindsight not the best job for him all things considered but pffft TJ doesn't think ahead.
Mason "Dipper" Pines Andrew Garfield
Mason Pines is from the animated series Gravity Falls. More information on him can be found here
He and his twin sister, Mabel, are not OC natives and moved after graduation to do their best at adulting. Well, Dipper'll adult, while Mabel does... Mabel things. He has the smarts and she has the charm but he does manage to make friends, somehow. He's big into mysteries, supernatural, weird stuff and actively believes in conspiracy theories so he can and will speak at great lengths about those things. He's a good guy to have in your corner because he's very loyal and will go to the ends of the Earth for the people he cares about.
Tommy "Speed" Shepherd Lucky Blue Smith

He's a New Yorker born and raised but moving to the OC for a fresh start and a change of pace. He's had a really rough start to things but despite all of that he's managed to land on his feet and score himself a modelling job with a pretty cool agency which he loves because he doesn't have to do much but stand around and look pretty. And he is oh so pretty, right? Anyways, he's Billy's twin in the OC and in the dreams but neither of them know that so it's going to be fun exploring that.
