it has officially gotten to the point where rehab is only slightly less painful than the actual injury itself. apparently this is a good thing? it seems to be indicative of progress.

i call bull on that and think the assistant is just a sadist. it would not be unlike my luck to attract a sadist.

at what point is self medicating a problem?

	utterly and completely. excessively so. the healing process is a bitch. apparently i'd have been better if i'd just broken my foot. the problem is getting to and from home. my one day exercise is literally getting the dog out for a walk/hobble and then collapsing for the day.
