So I finally had some of those dreams I always see people talking about. They were...intense to say the least. And some of it was very close to my own life. Is that usually the case for people?

Wow, how is January almost over???

My dreams are shit, which is common around here, just trying to survive not dying at the hands of another teenager while that's the whole point of being stuck in an Arena. I joined a group of total douche-bags, but I know it's only a matter of time before we all have to turn on each other. They're far more concerned with killing my district-mate, Katniss, which I don't really want to happen so I'm trying to subtly keep them from accomplishing that.

In other news, with Valentine's Day on the horizon feel free to stop by Mellarky for cakes, cupcakes, pies, chocolates, and basically anything you could want for your Valentine, Galentine, or to treat yourself.

I'm going to be doing those big chocolate hearts you break with a mallet for Valentine's Day weekend starting on Friday the 12th. See here for the Walmart version and I promise mine will be better, haha.

I am so ready for a break from classes already 😩

I did get a completed Lego Death Star arrive from my dreams, though. Is it weird to miss a friendship you’ve discovered in the dreams but never had in real life?

Not sure what it says about my dream self’s fashion choices that I’ve had a second costume come though... Which is definitely modelled more after, uh, the Norse God of Thunder.

I need to change my code name, too. In the dreams. Asgardian is asking for trouble...

Okay, so I'm curious what other people think about this. I was out earlier and overheard two girls having a conversation about relationships. Girl #1 asked girl #2 if she thought that if you're married and your friends are going to be staying at a hotel overnight if it was appropriate to stay with them. She said she didn't think it was and then started talking about how she didn't think it was right for someone in a relationship to hang out solo with a friend of the opposite sex.

The second part really kind of threw me cause Clary and I hang out solo all the time and as far as I know Izzy doesn't think it's wrong for us to do that. And I would trust Izzy to hang out with guy friends and not do anything. I mean, you have to trust your significant other whether you're just dating or married, right? If you trust them then there shouldn't be a problem with who they're friends with/hanging out with.

Any one else got an opinion? I'm curious what other people think.
