Do customers not realize that the whole 'holiday spirit' thing applies to them and to store owners? I maintain my store’s website so I know exactly what’s on there and what’s not. So when you come in insisting that you saw a special being offered on there or for this location specifically, I’m going to know whether it’s on there or not.
