I'm officially a pirate and it's all Emma's fault.

That's new.

I was already a ninja.

Does that make me a pirateninja? Did I win?

I've even got the outfit and sword, woke up wearing it.

And I'm glad that I live in the A building of our complex instead of the C building. The maintenance men were out there all day, from the looks of it. I asked them what was going on, and apparently all their pipes got blocked up very badly.

One of my neighbors had heard that putting lemon and orange rinds into your garbage disposal will clean it and leave your kitchen smelling nice. But there's one problem. Our sinks don't have garbage disposals. So they'd been cutting the rinds up and just ...turning the water hose on them to try to force them down the pipes.


Be nice to the people that fix your house. They put up with the weirdest things.

I'll never understand people that say it's cruel to keep domesticated animals as pets, that they should be allowed to roam and live free. I want to invite them into my house and I want to introduce them to my cat.

Today Apollo could not stop meowing at his food dish because his own toy that he put into his dish himself was blocking him from eating the food in it. I had to make a grand show of taking out his toy fish and shaking his bowl before he would come eat, and then he couldn't stop gratefully weaving himself around my ankles.

My cat needs a parent.

I've got my summer almost planned out with jobs but there are a few weeks open for some modeling maybe. I like keeping my options open.

However, I'm not here for that. It's spring.

The local animal shelter is having an adoptathon! Come out this weekend and find a new best friend!

You know, I'll never understand why people say Tom Nook from animal crossing is evil. He doesn't charge any interest on his loans, my mortgage has absolutely no due date, and I pay it off doing things around my island (and my village before that) that I was going to do anyway. Besides, he's got two little nephews? to take care of.

And if you catch him at the right time in the tent, you can annoy him by running around in circles while he's trying to read or drink his beer. No, Nintendo, I don't believe that can's a soda in the least.

Blathers, on the other hand, can quit telling me how gross he thinks my donations are before I find a new museum curator. I wish I could have just hired your sister instead.
