Dreaming of the same situation, for the third time, in the fresh and new third set (i.e., traveling to a mysterious castle in a mysterious land to no doubt meet inevitable doom) is essentially a standard annoying modern life quirk in Orange County - you know, in addition to other annoying life quirks like when people decide to hold conversations in a doorway or open-mouthed gum chewers.

At least I'm not a staked vampire in this 'verse.

Anyway, yesterday was National Day in Romania and today happens to be International Day for the Abolition of Slavery - may the rest of your days this holiday season be merry and bright (I think having fangs this year makes me more grinchy than usual?).

I can't believe it's still snowing.

Well, I guess I should believe it. Southern California isn't exactly known for its snowfall, so I'm guessing this is a Thing.

My mother and father are planning on coming out to celebrate Christmas with us this year. Viv's first Christmas is a big deal, even though she won't remember any of it!

Does anyone have any recommendations as to activities I can suggest for them? They'll be here for quite some time, and want to explore the area.

Nothing like seeing girls be encouraged to follow their dreams. I, especially, liked seeing the girls that wanted to be engineers.

I definitely have a magic wand now.

I think it might even work. At least the exploded pillow on my couch suggests it would work if its user knew what he was doing.
