Today the world lost a great talent. Maya Plisetskaya was an inspiration to many dancers out there, including myself. She was incredible and danced up until the age of 65! I can only hope to aspire to the greatness of this lady. I found this video which shows only an iota of her full capability. Please watch this video and appreciate a great talent that left us today.

Well, my dreams have certainly taken a turn for the weird. Though, given that I've been told where they eventually end up, maybe I should just take it and run with it. It only gets worse from here. I didn't think I would ever see the day that Grey Wardens and Darkspawn formed an alliance. A page for the history books, I tell you.

And if I never see another giant, talking Broodmother again (her name, of course, was simply "Mother." Because that's not at all what horror movies are made out of) and her creepy, creepy Children, I think it will be far too soon. Talk about the most disgusting thing I have ever seen in my life. Uuuggghhh.

Pretty sure I got all reclusive again. My bad. Sorry guys. Someone come save me from myself?

The new place is coming along well. The cats like it. I like it. We have solar powered stuff running and working. I swear, things are coming along greatly for once. I'm throwing myself into work while I still can, and I really feel good.

All work and no play...

It's never a dull day, though, at the barn. This last week we have had three foals born, two horses throw shoes on the same day (although the second was right after the farrier left, of course), one decided the fenced paddocks weren't their cup of tea and ended up needing stitches because they broke out and two who bolted from their owners. We've also had a few new boarders come in. Plus the usual lessons.

I need to have a day off. I need to get into some trouble

Protip: Try not to get flogged in your dreams. Because if you wake up with your back looking like raw meat, it kind of hurts.

I'm just going to show my dog, because at least she's smiling.

I see some people talking about their dreams on here! That's really neat. Is this supposed to be a shared dream journal? I don't think you'd want to read bout my silly old dreams, but that's such a nice idea! Analyzing dreams can be really fun! Unless they're scary dreams. I hope no one's having any of those!
