Nothing good ever came from the words that Regulus had received from Caprica, via text no less. His plans for the night hadn't included coming home early. Coming home early was a rarity, especially these days when Regulus found sleep more and more difficult to fall into. Somewhere, Sirius was likely causing trouble and the worst part, Regulus didn't know anything about it.
Being married was a lot like being single Regulus was discovering. At least, with Caprica it was. The only difference was he felt closer to his wife than anyone else. He'd loved her before, but being married to her made him realize that he was infinitely in love with Caprica. As he opened the door to their home, he felt distinctly nervous, a surprisingly familiar feeling as of late. He closed the door and saw her sitting on the sofa, tall and lean and beautiful as she always was.
"Am I going to need a lot of that?" he asked as he crossed to her and took the wine glass his wife held in her hand.
