As aliases went, Moriarty was surprisingly popular. Just based on the appointment book he knew he was dealing with someone with a false name, and really, that told him all sorts of things. Liam was not typically one who judged; it was hardly the field for it and while he looked good in black he really didn’t think a robe suited him. Still, it was interesting when someone wanted to remain as hidden as possible while at the same time trying to sort out their problems.
Bit of a cross-current, as it were.
When the man walked into Liam’s office, it was only his years of experience that kept his jaw from dropping. Ben Linus. Well, now he officially couldn’t say ‘stranger things had happened’. He wasn’t angry at the man, strictly speaking, as so many of his colleagues were. And if he was here he certainly needed help, as Liam was positively certain this was the absolute last resort. So help he would, and boggle at a later date.
“Dean Moriarty? Pleased to meet you, I’m Dr. Smith.”
