LOL Y SO RACIST
Jon raised a brow at his father, having been caught off guard at the implication. While he was on the right track for becoming a lawyer in the future ("near" future might be pushing it), Jon still wasn't 100% dedicated to the idea. He had never told anyone that, even if his decisions seemed to make him entirely dedicated. He just figured the day he started to sleep, was the day he'd start making clear-headed decisions.
"It's not like marri--I mean, it's not a big deal."
Jon caught himself before he made the taboo error of mentioning the woman that wasn't his mother. He wasn't blind, he wasn't deaf. Having been raised in the Stark house, Jon knew quite clearly what his position was and the number of fights started between his father and Catelyn because of it. Though, in all honesty, that was probably part of the reason he hadn't been able -- wasn't interested, maybe -- in finding a girlfriend.
"Not all of us can be professional snowboarders," he added without resent. He admired Robb, always had, but that type of lifestyle just wasn't for him.
