"Oh well," he said, mostly to himself, in response to her having already gotten things ready. "It was easy to find," Spock added, reaching for the corkscrew. "Easy parking, too." As he undid the stopper, he admired the state of her kitchen. Spock, too, was an utterly orderly person, but felt that Uhura's apartment looked nicer. Perhaps it was a perceived feminine touch on the place while his apartment seemed almost entirely spartan save for his workspace by his computer.
"What did you make?" He glanced curiously at the pan that she hovered over, finding it difficult to get a good glimpse with her body in the way. Not that he especially minded having to look at her back.
