Zuko would be the first to admit it: he knew very, very little about current popular music. He was learning more and more little by little, but he was still quite behind as far as things like that went.
All he really knew was that he didn't really like the things he heard on the radio. He preferred a strong guitar and bass-line. And even more so, he found that he liked instruments that weren't often featured in mainstream music: violin, banjo, flutes and theremins among other things.
Draco was really just rubbing off on him, it seemed. He was flipping through the independent rock section -- not looking for anything in particular because he didn't really know of anything in particular.
