TENTH DOCTOR: At a local department store.
Finally! John had just signed his first lease on an apartment in the area. He could get out of the hotel that he'd been staying at so that his publishers wouldn't have a chance to get mad at him.
Considering he had moved to America with nothing more than his general essentials (and was having some other stuff mailed to him later), John Smith had absolutely nothing to his name as far as furnishing an apartment went. Sure, Tara had taken him to IKEA earlier in the week, but there were still little things to worry about. Like towels. And bedsheets. And.... whatever else it was that people bought in odd domestic situations.
Currently, he was staring at everything that the bathroom aisle had to offer. Did people actually ever use toothbrush holders? Was that a thing?
