"Where's home?" Gwen asked. "I think it's nuts how quickly they move from winter coats to bikinis." She said, looking over at the stringed bathing suits with something like contempt on her face. It wasn't that she couldn't wear one, it was more that she didn't want to play into some fashion designers hand by buying it and forcing herself to be so exposed on the beach.
"I guess this is California. Girls gotta have their bathing suits."
