Happy all but dropped the door in his haste to get the hell out of her way. Any time he got called out it was hilarious, but right now Tony felt only pity. He knew a spitfire when he saw one.
"You've got to forgive Happy," he finally broke in, getting the door himself and ushering her in with that finely honed air of nonchalance that he hid behind like armor. "He doesn't get out much." At least not around those suckers.
