Martha stopped going for her phone when the guy in front of her turned to retrieve it for her, "Thanks. I've dropped that thing more times than I can count." She took it from him and smiled as she checked it, "I'm surprised it hasn't broke yet." Practically all her friends back home had iphones with cracked screens or shattered backs, which was one of the reasons she hadn't gone for the iphone when everyone else had, "At least it wouldn't have been as bad as breaking a mirror." She joked as she slid the phone into her bag, this time making sure that it got there instead of just assuming that she'd get the pocket.
