Who: Remus Lupin and Nymphadora Tonks What: Remus needs a break from unpacking and a bit of catching up Where: Coffee Shop When: Sunday, December 9th. Afternoon Rating: General Audiances Status: In Progress
If there was one thing Remus disliked about traveling it was unpacking, which was logical, considering how organized he normally was. Remus hated when things were out of order and having an entire apartment of things that needed to be moved and put away and organized was a bit overwhelming at times. So, he jumped at the chance to take a break and go our for coffee with Tonks. Sure, she'd asked about dinner, but he simply didn't have that time for that at the moment and the longer he left his apartment in a state of disarray, the more annoyed Remus was going to become with it. If anything, Remus wanted to have the majority of the unpacking finished before the end of the weekend, which really was unrealistic, but that was Remus for you.
It didn't take long for Remus to get ready and he was pulling up to the curb, just outside the coffee shop he and Tonks had decided to meet at, a few minutes before their scheduled meeting time. He stood on the sidewalk, beside his car, for a few moments, simply taking in his surroundings, part of him not quite believing that he was back in Orange County only a few months after just leaving. Not only that, but he hadn't even been back an entire forty eight hours before he'd seen Sirius' post and while he'd been tempted to respond to it, he'd kept himself from doing so. He couldn't recall the last time he'd seen Sirius and while part of him wanted to see him, there was the other part that had absolutely no idea what he'd say if he did see him. For now though, he was going to stop thinking about Sirius and enjoy coffee with Tonks.
