"I've got to watch out for my cheesiness though, I feel like I need to have a limit on cheesy comments per date, Mrs. Buble," he chuckled before looking over at her, following her directions rather easily as he made extra care while driving. And yea, the weather wasn't perfect outside; however, he was from New York, so the cold hardly bothered him. In fact, 55 felt pretty nice to him if he were honest. Though having lived here for so long now, it still managed to be a bit colder than it used to.
He looked to her when she mentioned a date three, and he couldn't help but grin rather large at that, looking forward then back to her again, "Are you kidding me? I was worrying you weren't even going to want to go on this date. I was so surprised when you texted me, of course I'd be happy for a third. Maybe a fourth... or beyond."
He winced, realizing he was perhaps getting too ahead of himself and might scare her off then, but figured she was already bringing up future dates herself. He then smiled at her, realizing he might have been stepping out too far ahead, "And uh, romance or not. I think too many super romantic dates waters down the romance. Gotta keep something in your pockets."
He then furrowed his brows, thinking, then nodded, "Yea. It definitely was a glimpse into me. I uh... I hope you liked it, by the way."
Then clearing his throat, looking to her, "You like the nerdiness? That's a new one for me." He chuckled with a big smile, but then nodded, "I can't wait to see the glimpse of who you are. I'm already super into what I've seen so far."
