That Obi-Wan was that upset was almost satisfying to Loras. He wanted Obi-Wan to be upset with him. While it would kill him to see Obi-Wan go again, somewhere deep down, Loras didn't think he wanted his friend to come back, only to be gone yet again.
Tears were coming again, Loras could feel them burning at his eyes, but he forced them back. The effort made his hands shake. He clasped them hard on his lap, under the table where Obi-Wan couldn't see. "So then I guess you'd better go," he said, trying to sound calm. If Obi-Wan asked him, Loras would follow him to the ends of the Earth, but like with Renly in his dreams, he never asked, mostly because he was always invited.
