Henry, Emma & Adora
Henry was immediately regretting his decision made in a moment to allow his sister to pick out his Halloween costume because whilst being dressed as Luke Skywalker had seemed like such a good idea at the time it now felt highly inappropriate given the new setting. Also falling asleep in it had been a bad idea. So much for the pre-Halloween party.
He was sure he was getting hives at being back in high school as despite having a relatively safe and otherwise boring experience it was still high school and nobody in their right mind would ever want to go back once they got away. It was dark and Henry's first immediate thought was to pick up something so if anything or anyone jumped out at him then he could react. His hands came to grasp what he realized was a baseball bat, wood, but it would do.
When he heard a voice calling out he headed towards it as they sounded just confused as he was so hopefully not an ax wielding maniac. "Please tell me you're just as bewildered as I am," he shared as he appeared at the end of the hallway, squinting to get a better look. There looked to be two people but only one whose voice he recognized.
