Ben nodded. "That's cool. I bet it was neat, growing up around stuff like this," he said, giving the shop a glance as he followed her. He really had no idea, but he thought it was all pretty neat.
"Okay. I'm not too worried, but that's good to know." And he wouldn't hesitate to tell her he wanted her to stop, he just didn't think that was going to be an issue. He was pretty open minded, and was going into this thinking it was mostly for fun.
But he also thought there was some truth to it, that maybe it wasn't all glitz and glamour, or sleight of hand, or whatever. He'd just have to wait and see what she told him.
