"I can get it out of you without bleeding you out," Julian states simply. "Assuming you've got a med kit in here and some basic tools." Though, at the mention of not explaining it to the hospital he just smirks.
"You could just tell them hunting accident gone wrong and it was my fault," he tells him. Even if he knows the other would rather not head to the hospital at all. Not if he could avoid it.
