Sif made what was indeed work look like nothing at all, looping a halter onto Katie before even opening her stall door and then walking the mare out to the crossties and hooking her up in a few swift motions, clucking at Katie all the while and making sure she was still comfortable.
Katie moved to look over her shoulder at Loki, like, why are you just standing there and holding that. You look stupid.
"Sorry if she's giving you looks, she's a critic," Sif quipped. "Go ahead and tack her up then, but toss me the bridle so I can deal with miss teeth here." She held out her hand, presumably for Jotnar's leash.
