Clara was, well, thankful for the distraction that Star Wars day brought. Then again, live long enough in Orange County and you knew to expect something on May 4th, it was just the nature of this place. Still, the distraction was welcomed. The fact that they couldn't reach the Death Star was...well, it was unsurprising really. The TARDIS' navigation system seemed at war with it, always fritzing out whenever she tried to get a lock on it. Which meant....ground support.
She could do ground support. Mostly just providing a safe place from Stormtroopers and AT-STs Walkers. The Ewoks were...well Ewoks. Adorable but could be vicious if provoked.
With the TARDIS choosing a new location to appear for the moment, the brunette stepped out of what would appear like a diner and scanned the area for any threats. Ah a Stormtrooper taking aim at an Ewok and man nearby. Not on her watch. And with a blaster she had procured during previous Star Wars shenanigans, she shot the Stormtrooper. Not that Stormtroopers were known for their aim. But still.
