In one hand Anakin held the lead-line to his unusual looking animal. In the other he held wrapped chiros, a favorite of his and Lily’s.

Majy kept tugging on the lead, but Anakin stood fast.

“We need to wait, patiently, for Lily,” he admonished the horned, shaggy beast. Majy wasn’t being malicious, but they enjoyed being out of the apartment and in the fresh air. It was nice, and this year, Anakin was doing better with the temperature change.

Majy looked at him and grunted, snorted, and then groaned, as if this was a tragedy to be born. Anakin shook his head at the silly animal and kept a firm hand on the lead.

Lily was running late to meet Anakin and her neicephew Majy but she had gotten caught up in the reading for her next class and lost track of the time. Which wasn't a very good reason and she knew it but hopefully an understandable one. She heard Majy before she saw them and hurried up to reach them, kneeling beside the strange animal. "What are you doing huh? You being impatient?" She said, scratching along the animals side lightly.

She stood back up. "Sorry I'm late. I was studying." She gave Anakin an apologetic smile.

	"They are the most impatient," Anakin said in a scolding voice directed at Majy. The bantha was unfazed. Lily wasn't at all surprised that Majy wasn't fazed by being scolded. The baby bantha tended to do what it wanted at all times. "Maybe Majy needed to use the restroom really bad." Lily said giving Anakin a grin. She had to stick up for her neicephew. It was part of being a good bantha auntie as far as she was concerned.

"A lot of work but I'm enjoying it. And the doctors at the clinic are all willing to help me out with my classes if I have questions. And sometimes they even let me help with patients so I'm getting a head start on my hands on training."

"What have you been up to?"

Anakin let Majy lead the way, and the bantha started tugging harder at his arm. It was a good thing he got stronger as the bantha did.

"That's good," he said. "I"m glad you like it."

He thought about mentioning his dreams were now turning terrible, but he didn't want to follow up Lily's good news with a downer like that.

"I've been up to the usual- I got a car- or the frame of a car, I'm rebuilding it."

	"I would ask why you didn't buy a car that you could drive without having to build it but I think I already know the answer. Because you wanted to build it."
