Stiles had been keeping this secret from Cisco for a couple of weeks now. He wanted it to be a surprise. Cisco deserved to have a little fun especially with all of the crap that has happened lately. At first, Stiles was just gonna say nothing and surprise Cisco the day of. But he decided now should be the time to tell him. It wasn’t only that. There was something else that Stiles wanted to ask Cisco about. But first, fun stuff. He left his bedroom and went to the living room, figuring Cisco would be there, but for once, he wasn’t. His friend wasn’t in the kitchen or the backyard, so there was only one other place… Stiles knocked on the door loudly and then just walked right on into Cisco’s bedroom. “Put your porn away,” he joked as he walked over and flopped down on the bed. * Lucky for him, well both of them-the only thing Cisco was doing was playing a video game. Jemma said he couldn’t just work his problems away, so he was trying to improve a bit. Trying to actually let himself do things he enjoyed once in a while instead of hold back because his brain didn’t think he deserved fun things. He didn’t often eat as much as he did before either for that same reason. It was like he was compensating for not being able to save himself and Iris by punishing himself somehow. But those were the reasons he was brought to a therapist. He had weekly appointments with one and it was starting to help a bit. “Why should I, you never do.” A sassy remark as he let himself leave his character idle on the screen, and turned to face him in his chair. “By all means make yourself comfortable. “ He smirked. --- “But my porn is real life porn,” he said giving Cisco a huge smile. “Don’t mind if I do!” He wiggled and moved around on the bed until he was nice and comfortable. “I think I’ll stay right here for a while.” He glanced at the TV and then back at Cisco. “Soooooooooooo, I have something to tell you.” He tried not to look too excited, but it really was hard to keep it hidden. “I think you might like it.” * It was just some MMO game he’d picked out to kill time that he was messing around with. Other characters ran around the screen occasionally. That comment and action caused yet another dead panned stare as his blankets were all messed up. “You’re remaking that you know.” He scoffed. His room was pretty clean for a guy. Even his little hedgie’s vage was kept up nice. Cisco didn’t risk smells. “Don’t remind me.” He didn’t enjoy the sounds of sex contrary to popular belief, but he also didn’t want to be forced to leave-so he suffered through it more times than he wanted to admit to. Stiles wasn’t subtle. “Oh yeah? What’s that?’ * “No, I am not remaking it.” He grabbed one of the pillows and hugged it. “Aw, but it’s fun to remind you.” It was fun to tease Cisco, but that wasn’t what he came in here for. At least not right at this moment. He could tease Cisco later. “Okay,” he tossed the pillow to his side and then sat up on the bed. “Sooooo, guess who got reservations for the first day that Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge opens?” Stiles pointed to himself and grinned. “THIS GUY! And you, my friend, are coming along. No ifs, ands, or buts.” * “I’m gonna smother you with it.” He threatened with a roll of his eyes and rested an arm over his knees as he watched Stiles toss his stuff around. “It’s like I’m living with an animal.” He teased. It especially held meaning for werewolf boy and all his wolfy dreams. He pulled that knee he’d been resting on up to his chest while his friend tried to brace him for something. When the words Galaxy’s Edge came out of his mouth Cisco almost cringed, through all that had happened he’d entirely forgotten. Was that what Stiles was there to tease him about? ...Nope. Apparently not. He raised an eyebrow. “Wait, seriously? You got in?” Cisco was a good hacker, but not even he wanted to mess with their chances of getting in with this one ever-so he was prepared to let it go with a big L and be ashamed. “I completely forgot to put our names on the list.” He was staring at him in awe. -- “No you won’t,” he said with a wave of his hand. He knew Cisco would do no such thing so the threat was mute. “Rawr baby.” Stiles nodded his head, still grinning from ear to ear. “I did. We are on the list. So whatever you’re doing on the 31st, drop it. Because we are going to go to Disneyland and have some Star Wars fun.” He couldn’t wait. Fun was needed. It was needed now. Good thing they didn’t have to wait much longer for it. “Good thing I did it, huh?” * And that was when Stiles was pounced on. No warning, just a sudden meta climbing out of that chair and grinning. “I’m keeping you forever, just a fair warning.” Everyone else be damned, Stiles was his. They definitely needed fun. “You’re the best you know that? Officially my hero.” He laughed as he rolled off him after a moment to lay beside him on that bed. It was easily big enough for two. “Just us?” AKA no boyfriends or not boyfriends or whatever the hell Derek was around? It seemed like nobody else from Stiles’ world was into Star Wars anyway-except maybe Lydia but even then he questioned if she was or not. He was pretty sure she’d just wanted to see a lightsaber that time, and who could blame her. * Stiles had no time to dodge the pounce. Cisco was on him and he was now looking up at his friend. “If you’re keeping me, you can’t forget to feed me and stuff.” He smiled. “Of course I am! Does this mean I am no longer a villain? Do I have to give up my villain name?” Once Cisco was off of him, he moved onto this side so that he could still look at his friend while he talked. “Yeah, it’s just me and you. Nobody else.” He could have added more names, but this was his and Cisco’s thing. They were geeky super fans. Everyone else could go on their own time. * “Nope, no villain names for you, and I might not even smother you. Tonight.” He teased. It was a good thing that chair wasn’t too far from his bed or that whole thing might have ended poorly. Instead he actually made it work, with only a few internal painful regrets. “Like I’ve ever forgotten to feed you. What kind of monster do you take me for?” He grinned as he raised an arm above his head to rest lazily there. “We should stay over night.” If Stiles hadn’t booked a room, Cisco would take care of it. He wanted plenty of time to soak in the Disney stuff, Star Wars and otherwise. It was probably going to be crowded, he’d need to be a bit careful, but worth it. --- “Only a might not? So there is still a chance that you might do it? I might have to keep my guard up around you.” He reached over and gave Cisco a poke to the ribs. “Not a very good one,” he laughed as he reached over and pinched Cisco’s cheeks. “You’re not scary looking enough to be one.” Well, that was an idea. “Really? I mean, we can totally do that. We’re going on Friday, so sticking around all weekend sounds like fun.” If Cisco really wanted to stay there for a few days, Stiles was all for it. More Disneyland time meant more fun of the both of them. * “There’s always a chance.” He winked and laughed, first time he’d felt like laughing in a while. Things had been pretty dark in his brain lately. They were improving, but at a snails pace. When that hand came near his face he bit the finger attached with a smirk. “Your fault.” He stated only once it pulled away. It’d gotten too close to his face. “Please, I’m terrifying.” He responded with a roll of his eyes. “I’ll have to be careful of the crowds so staying overnight isn’t a bad plan.” In case his powers acted up or whatever. They could just escape back to the hotel for a while and he could recover before they went back out again. The powers were better, sure but he hadn’t tried them in a crowd that huge before. * “I’m locking my door when I go to bed tonight,” he told Cisco, still playing along. “Hey!” He had quickly moved his hand away from Mister Bitey. “Pfft, you’re like a puppy.” That made sense. “Okay, so let’s stay the night.” Like he would really say no to that. “Extend the fun. Hopefully we can get something.” He had a feeling the hotels were booking up fast because of the new land opening up and with their offer of being put on the list if you do stay at a Disneyland hotel. * “Hm, and who says you’re going back to your room tonight?” He teased, snickering as that hand pulled away. Clearly he wasn’t exactly going to trap him, but he didn’t mind him there even if Stiles had messed up his blankets. “Even puppies can get scary, I could just eat your headphones to prove it.” He gave a shruggy face as he leaned up on his side, facing Stiles too. “My vibes have been better, but I haven’t tested them in crowds like that yet.” He admitted with a shrug and reached over for a nearby tablet. It was always within arms reach. A swipe of a password and Cisco booked them a room. He wasn’t about to let that option get away, even if he did feel contently lazy just then. “If it goes sideways I can slip back to a room to hide out for a bit and then come back.” He was still wary, powers going sideways meant pain but that didn’t mean he was going to avoid situations anymore. “Done. Hotel part is on me.” * “Oh?” he asked, eyebrows raised. “So, are you telling me I have to sleep with you tonight?” He faked gasped in horror. “Don’t touch my headphones or I’ll take yours, puppy.” He was glad to hear that. It had worried him a bit when he had got them the reservations. He really hadn’t been too sure if Cisco would want to deal with the crowds at Disneyland. “Maybe we should go somewhere crowded before that day?” And getting the hotel room made even more sense. “Sounds like a good idea to me. Plus, you know, an extra day of Disneyland. Who can really say no to that?” He reached over and patted Cisco. “Good boy. We’re going to have so much fun.” * “I mean there are worse bedmates.” He shrugged. He couldn’t think of any off the top of his head, but he was sure there were! “So you’re either staying or remaking the bed.” He smirked. Reaching a hand out, he gave him a gentle flick of his fingers to the shoulder. “Feel free. I think Stark got me a drawer full…” He gave a dead panned expression at how much stuff Tony was giving him lately. He hadn’t asked for any of it. “Oh yeah? Like where?” He had his reservations about crowded place still, but maybe it wasn’t such a bad idea. A test run before the big event. “Stupid people. Only stupid people would say no to that.” He grinned as he raised an eyebrow at being patted. “I’m not Oreo you know.” Stiles had seen him at his best and his worst, and still stuck around. Cisco had been looking at him a bit differently lately, and didn’t even realize it. “Best vacation ever.” * “I’m not remaking your bed, so it looks like I’m staying put.” He hardly made his own bed. There was no way that he was going to remake Cisco’s bed. “What was that for?” he asked as he rubbed the spot that had been flicked. “Why did he give you a draw full of headphones for?” That was a good question. He hadn’t gotten that far in his plan yet. “I don’t know. Bar? Club? Swap Meet?” Those seemed like good places to start. “Stupid people are stupid.” He grinned right back. “Yeah, I know.” He kept patting Cisco for a moment before he decided to stop. “Damn right it will be.” He glanced around the room for a moment before he spoke up again. “So, there’s something else that I came in here for too.” * “Your fault.” He smirked. Cisco was a bit more meticulous about bed making and etc. A little ocd even with certain things. “I’m bringing the lightsabers.” He pointed to the fancy ones on his display wall. Yes, he’d bought two that lit up with metal casings. They...weren’t cheap. But really when else would he get a chance to use them? “He’s been giving me all sorts of crap. Apparently it’s the way he shows love or something. I helped him with a surgery recently. Idiot was going to perform one on himself. Heart surgery. “ Well, practically heart surgery, that core was basically his heart. “No clubs.” But any place else he might try. He didn’t like random people touching him. It freaked him out. Cisco freaking out with powers wouldn’t end well. Flopping over on his back as he looked up at his ceiling, even it wasn’t boring. There were projector stars on it -he raised an eyebrow and glanced over at him. “What’s that?” * “It is not my fault,” he said as he smacked Cisco’s arm. Payback for the flicking. “I don’t think you can. They’ll probably see them as weapons.” Now Stiles was interested. “What else has he been giving you?” He didn’t need to ask why since Cisco already gave him that information. “You helped him with surgery? How did I not know this?” Why was he barely hearing about this now? “Okay, no clubs. So we still have the other two options. You can pick.” Stiles didn’t care where they ended up. It was Cisco who needed to get used to the crowds. “Soooooo, umm…” Yeah, this wasn’t exactly easy to ask, but he brought it up, no backing out now. “Do you want to be with me or something? I mean, I’m only asking because of how you’ve been acting lately when it comes to Derek.” * “It’s all your fault. Hey-” He got a smack back for that. They were mature, whatever. “Mph, probably. I forgot how much they amped up security..Wonder if I can even bring my robe.” Yeah he may have had a real jedi cosplay robe somewhere in there. He’d at least be bringing it to the hotel. “New work computer system, holo tech, potentially the new Taco Bell resort if it doesn’t suck…” The list went on. “Guess it slipped my mind, used to be around surgeries often at the hospital so I didn’t really think about mentioning it.” He shrugged. Cisco was admittedly terrified of clubs. They freaked him out more than anything else did. All the people wanting to touch all the things and his powers activating via touch and emotion didn’t help. “Maybe a bar?” He’d been about to relax until that question came up and it felt like heat was rising to his cheeks as he turned slightly to hide them. Shifting his arm to block the view, he tried to make it look like he was just getting more comfortable but was failing probably. “What do you mean? I’ve been acting the same way as always.” He shifted his gaze away. -- “Umm, I don’t know. I can’t remember if it encouraged dressing up or not.” He would have to read the rules again. He could do that later. He was too lazy to bother looking right now. “Wow, that’s a lot. And, um, why would you want a resort?” That seemed a bit crazy. “Ah, okay.” That seemed fine with him. “Okay, bar it is! I know, you can come to work with me.” He worked in a bar, so it seemed perfect. He noticed how fidgeting Cisco had gotten. “You shot Derek with a cold gun. You kind of get this weird look in your eye whenever Derek is even mentioned. It just seems like you might want to be with me or something. If not, if I’m seeing things wrong, sorry.” * “Hopefully. I mean who doesn’t want to sit in the Falcon dressed like Han?”...He side glanced over at Stiles. “You can be Chewie.” He grinned teasingly. That would be a hot costume to wear, he didn’t envy anyone trying to put it on. “I don’t really, I told him not to. I’m not sure that’ll stop him though. I’m not a business man.” And he didn’t want to be either, Cisco was the guy in the van, eyes on the city type of guy. Not the suit and tie sort at all. In fact he rejected suits and jackets. “I’ll try it. Do you work this weekend?” Maybe it would be best to try it on an actual weekend, get a real feeling for how it would be. “I..” He chewed at his lower lip and grinned a little. “Shooting him is my job. Put a little absolute cold fear into him. Told you I’m scary.” He tried for humor, but it ended awkwardly. “ He paused for a moment and rolled onto his opposite side. “...If I did, you’re with someone anyway.” Wasn’t he? “Even if I think he might be the wrong one…” Cisco ran a hand through his hair in frustration. “Sorry.” He didn’t know why, but maybe he shouldn’t have said that. * “Uh, somebody who is not a fan.” He gave Cisco a duh look when he glanced over at him. “Yeah, I don’t think so.” He playfully pushed at Cisco. “I can’t imagine you running a resort.” He really hoped that Stark guy didn’t put such a burden on Cisco. “Yeah, I think so.” It’ll be perfect. He can work and keep an eye on Cisco the whole time. “I think all you did was piss him off,” Stiles told him with a roll of his eyes. So, he was right. He hadn’t been seeing things wrong. “But I’m not with someone.” He didn’t see Derek as something permanent or something that would become more. They fucked. They hung out. And sometimes he helped with the full moon. That was it. “He’s the wrong one, huh? Why do you say that?” * “Somebody I don’t want to be friends with.” He shrugged. “I don’t need that kind of negativity in my life.” He whined at that shove and swatted at his hand. “I’d be an awesome boss. But I don’t want to be anyone’s boss.” He rested his head back on that pillow behind him. “Ugh okay. Bar then it is.” He still had a bit of anxiety when it came to crowds, even if his powers were behaving more these days. The memory of when they did not was unsettlingly still stuck in his mind. “That works.” Cisco was fine with that. Even smirked slightly. Okay, so he really wasn’t Derek’s biggest fan. He turned to face him again. “You should be with me.” He was a little older than Stiles, but who cared. He cared about him. * “You need rainbows and skittles in your life.” He said right before pushing at Cisco again. “Yeah, maybe. But you’d have to actually run the whole place. That’s a lot of work. You’d probably hate it after a couple of weeks.” Stiles grinned. “Good! And if anything goes wrong, I will take you home asap.” But he believed in Cisco and figured his friend could deal with the bar. “Should I?” he asked. “What if it messes things up?” He didn’t want anything to get fucked up between them. “I don’t exactly do very well with relationships. I kind of have this problem with keeping people at a certain distance.” * “Oi, quit it.” He smirked as he swatted and pinned that hand down that kept shoving at him. “Don’t make me bite it again.” Cisco made a face at the idea of running it. “Yeah, and I don’t know crap about running a hotel.” Or any kind of business for that matter. It had never been his end game. “I told Tony that.” Of course Tony said he hadn’t either when he started his. Cisco just wanted to be science guy behind the satellites. Cisco nodded to that, he trusted Stiles even if he was still nervous about it. It helped to know there was a way out if he got in over his head with agreeing to this. “I don’t have any expectations. I’ve never had a relationship, what could be bad about it? Hang out like we do, but occasional making out if we want to? We don’t even have to call it anything. Then nothing gets messed up...maybe eventually, but not at the start.” It was logical in his head. “You don’t seem to with me.” -- “But I don’t to,” he fake whined. “If you’re going ot bite me, make it in a good spot.” He smirked at Cisco, wondering if that would make him rethink the biting. “You should tell him a billion times more if he tries to offer it to you again.” Right, okay, so this weekend he was taking Cisco to work. Hopefully everything goes smoothly and then they can count down the days till they go to Disneyland. Okay, so Cisco asked a good question. Nothing had really changed between himself and Scott when they moved passed being just friends. It only sucked when he left. “Occasionally? Have you met me?” He was trying to make light of it. If not, he would get stuck in his head listening to all the negative thoughts. “You’re making a good case here.” He scooted closer to Cisco. “I didn’t say that I didn’t. I just needed to put it out there that I’m not the greatest with this stuff.” * “Okay.” Cisco smirked in return. Now that Stiles knew he liked him, he could say those things. For Cisco it was more than like but he wasn’t willing to scare him off yet. They seemed to be making some progress. He watched Stiles move closer and didn’t pull away. In fact he turned a bit more toward him. “I want to be with you. I don’t care if you’re not an expert. It’s not like I am either. We can figure it out together.” He reached out to touch his face with a palm, a smirk creeping into his lips at that comment. “Occasionally, often. Whatever happens.” Thumb brushing over his cheek and had sliding down to his neck. He didn’t often initiate touch since it created problems with his powers-but he trusted Stiles. * “That’s a good thing since my track record isn’t the greatest.” Honestly, he didn’t even think he would be here again. After Scott up and left, he felt like he never wanted to do the whole relationship thing again. But he actually wanted to give it a shot with Cisco. He just hoped that nothing between them ever got fucked up. “Hey, at least you won’t have to bitch about me about all of the sexing anymore,” he said with a smirk. He didn’t move. He just kept lying in the same spot, letting Cisco touch him. He knew this wasn’t normal. He knew how Cisco was when it came to physical contact. Not to mention this was totally different compared to how they normal are with one another. “So, we’re really doing this? Moving past the friendship line.” * “Neither is mine.” Maybe it would work out, maybe it wouldn’t. Cisco just hoped whatever happened, both of them could handle it. That comment earned a smirk from the engineer. “And you won’t have to text random guys for me anymore.” Clearly he really wanted this, even with strangers he had problems just sending a text. Here he’d managed to actually talk to Stiles about it. And there was that question again. Cisco gave it some thought before doing something bold for once in his life since that touch hadn’t activated any visions..He rolled up and over Stiles, pinning his wrists to that bed and answering that question with a kiss. It was a different type of kiss than the mistletoe. This one a little more searing. A knee between his legs. Apparently he’d learned a trick or two from Hot Doctor. * Maybe just maybe this could actually work out. They were both kind of horrible with the whole relationship thing. So maybe, just maybe together they could actually make this work and not end in disaster. “Ah, yeah, I didn’t think about that.” he laughed a little. “It was fun to do, though,” he admitted. “Oh, hello.” Getting pinned and kissed hadn’t been the answer he thought he was getting, but he wasn’t going to argue with it. He kissed back. This kiss was definitely different from the one they had before. Definitely a lot better than the forced mistletoe kiss. “What are you going to do to me?” he asked in between kisses. Hey, if Cisco wanted to be in charge, Stiles was going to go right along with it. * Cisco was going to attempt to not let it go into a total dumpster fire. That was the last thing either of them needed. He hadn’t been in an actual relationship before. He’d done things for science, but not for actually wanting to be with the other person. When Stiles responded, Cisco initially thought it might be weird-but it wasn’t really weird at all. “So many things. But I haven’t thought that far ahead yet with the words. Guess you’ll have to find out.” His brain processed a zillion times faster than his words. He smirked a little, stealing a second kiss. He knew Stiles had to have seen some...interesting techniques with Derek, so he was going to try to keep up. * “Well I kind of have no choice,” he said as he started to wiggle his fingers. “I’m kind of pinned down.” It wasn’t like he couldn’t get out of Cisco’s grasp if he really wanted to. But he didn't want to get out of it. He liked it. He leaned up and kissed Cisco real quick before letting his head fall back against the pillow as he waited for Cisco’s next move. * “Yes, yes you are. Look at that.” Cisco teased with a smirk. He was just acting. Doing stuff without thinking it all the way through yet, that was the best way to get through his nerves. Returning that kiss he grinned. He was expecting all this to be weird considering they’d never acted like this before, but it wasn’t. It was weirdly comfortable. Natural even. His hand slid away from his wrist and down to peel away his shirt. “Maybe it’s not such a bad thing you messed up my sheets. “ He never thought they’d be there, but he liked it. He was prepared to make sure Stiles did as well. He’d make it something they’d both remember. * None of this was feeling weird to Stiles. It felt fine. Did he ever think anything like this would happen between them? Nope. But here they were and he was perfectly fine with all of it. For the time being anyway. He didn’t have the negative thoughts in his head that this might be a bad idea running through his head at the moment. He knew he’d have to ignore them if they were going to do this. He just really cared about Cisco and didn’t want him out of his life. After his shirt was removed, he stared up at Cisco, grinning. “They need to get messed up some more.” Since his arms were no longer pinned, he grabbed Cisco’s shirt and started to pull it off, tossing it once it was off. “Oh look, we’ve both lost our shirts. Now what?” he asked, trying to give Cisco an innocent look. * For all that taco bell they ate, he was pretty decently toned. Not exactly a super human wolf guy, but he had his share of muscle that was hidden behind the nerd variety of shirts he owned. Thank you meta-metabolism. “Guess we’ll just have to find out, won’t we.” He had an ugly scar on his side an arm now thanks to the recent kidnapping, but the injury had at least healed over by now. He just hoped it wasn’t a turn off. “You can help me fix them in the morning.” He teased, not actually giving a damn about the sheets, just enjoying messing with Stiles. Relationship or not, that part would never change. |
