They both had their fair number of falls and successes on those hills, and Cisco was proud of his achievement thus far. If it were up to him they'd be spending a lot more time in that Air BnB than they had already. It was comfortable for renting out someone's home. Cisco had never done that before, he'd always just gotten hotels. It was far more cozy this way though and he liked that. He had a split second to enjoy his latte before he was soundly interrupted by an excited friend and gave an amused roll of his eyes.
"No, nothing like that. Apparently the office lines don't work up here. But it's a landline so it should be more reliable..." Cisco thought out loud as he squinted suspiciously at his coffee, then shrugged. "Oh well. He was just being nice." The engineer gave a roll of his eyes at both of them as he swiped the card back from Stiles with an amused sound. "Looks like my wrist is done for, but he said it wasn't too bad. Just need to lay off it for a few days."
He was so oblivious. "It's cold, I'm sure he buys everyone coffee." Suspicious again. Then he shook his head. "No way." Why would someone like that be into him?
