"Sometimes it varies apparently, they can see some stuff and other stuff not as much. Like selective vision." He shrugged a bit, leaning back against the seat and wrapping the blanket a bit closer. It wasn't the most comfortable thing in the world, but it provided at least a thin layer. "It's perception I think, they see what they want to see. Honestly it's better for us." Cisco said with a shrug. "I think they know it's snowing, but some of them don't even seem to blink at a few rabid snow things. They see whatever they can handle." Honestly that part made Cisco feel better about the place in some aspects.
He placed a hand in front of one of the heaters and gave Noah a side smirk "Fuh-ny. You're stuck with me. There are theories about this place, and the locals, and us. " If Noah was anything like Joe though, chances were he didn't want to know the science behind it. Cisco could just sit there and enjoy the heat. "Apparently dream me worked with the police for a while too, it was cool." He shrugged, not really in Noah's capacity but still it was relatable a little.
"I wouldn't turn that down, I'll tell work I'll be late." Spending time with Noah was something he wasn't aware he craved, the guy was just so much like the father he wished he had. He didn't want to just ditch Cisco, he didn't act all uncomfortable or strange around him, Cisco just felt accepted and that wasn't something he was used to having.
