There was no need for Cisco to tell him to get gone and as soon as he saw the kid was free and clear, Noah was skidding into the driver’s seat and ready to go. As soon as Cisco’s ass hit the car-seat he was ready to get out of here. The intervention of the snowman was the final straw.
“I know, right?” he answered with a grin, “and the locals are so damn grateful too.” Noah had only learned they didn’t know or see the strange and unusual shit that went on around these parts from the network and it was the first time he’d actually seen it with his own eyes. “Do you think they even know it’s been snowing?” he said with a glance Cisco’s way. He seemed pretty clued in about the things that went on around here.
Noah slid him a smile as he pulled up to a drive-through, giving them a moment to both recover their dignity and their caffeine fix. “They didn’t hurt you, did they?” he asked as he was finally able to appraise Cisco and give him the once-over. “It’s days like this I’m glad they make these seats out of leather and not fabric,” Noah told him with a smirk as he jumped out of the car and headed to the trunk and retrieving an emergency blanket. “Here, it’ll help you warm up,” he said passing it to Cisco as he got back behind the wheel.
