“Still just you. I’m feeling pretty good about things.” Well, mostly. He had a great Halloween with Blossom, but he also didn’t really know what to do with his life now that he’d graduated college and he was floundering a little. And he thought more than he would like to about what kind of future he and Blossom had together now that he was going to be 22 for forever, especially since he had no intention of turning her into a vampire and destroying a bit of that goodness inside of her. Maybe there was some negative feelings there.
He frowned, not entirely sure how he felt about Blossom being referred to three person’s removed. But at least Damon had actually remembered. “Blossom, yeah,” he said. “Yeah, we’re still together.” Somehow, he’d been lucky enough to have her love him back. He had half expected her to move on after he’d run off to the mountains. “Working for Damon Salvatore has never been on my to-do list.” He paused. “But it might not be a bad gig. I don’t have too much going on. What were you thinking?”
