I like the thought of buying this place. We should definitely do it.
Who: Ahsoka and Li What: second part of their vacation together When: a few days after the last one, late June Where: The beach house Status: complete Rating: PG-13
Ahsoka strode out of the bathroom. She was a bundle of nerves. It was just the two of them, and yet...she’d never really worn a swimsuit around Li. Or at all since she’d changed. She was worried it looked back, or was a bad contrast, or made her look ugly. It was a two piece in red, with a red, see-through sarong around her hips. “What do you think?”
Likewise, Li was nervous wearing a bathing suit as well, though it was more about her scars than anything else. Hers was a two piece in red and gold with a matching sarong, though hers wasn’t see-through and was currently covering the part of her hip and thigh that had been severely burned. She looked up at Ahsoka, a warm smile crossing her face. “I think you look beautiful.” And she did. Ahsoka definitely had the body type to pull it off. Li had also left her hair loose, considering they were going to be in the ocean.
“Only half as gorgeous as you.” Ahsoka took Li’s hands, squeezing them before pulling her outside. “At least it’s a private beach, no one to stare at us but each other. And I’m going to enjoy staring at you.”
She stole a kiss, before picking Li up and sprinting for the water.
“And I’m going to enjoy staring at you.” Li responded as she was pulled outside. When Ahsoka picked her up and sprinted for the water, Li couldn’t hold back a yelp of delight and excitement at it. She wrapped her arms around Ahsoka’s neck and held on.
She laughed as she waded into the water, and then threw Li further in, assisting the action with the Force for added distance. Then she started to swim toward her, and dove under the water, disappearing. Like a shark.
There was a yelp when Ahsoka threw her, but Li managed to take a breath before she hit the water. She surfaced after a moment, taking a deeper breath, then looked around for Ahsoka. “Ahsoka?” She asked, but her girlfriend was already underwater.
Dun da, dun da, dun da. Ahsoka circled around Li, reaching out and pinching her butt, before surfacing behind her. “Got you!”
It was almost like she was a teenager again.
Again, Li yelped when Ahsoka pinched her butt. She turned around to face Ahsoka with a laugh. “If you were a shark, I’d be totally screwed right now.” She responded oh-so-casually.
“As if you aren’t already going to be screwed,” Ahsoka teased. She had a bright grin on her face as she cupped Li’s cheeks. “Does the salt sting?”
She didn’t think so, but she wanted to ask anyway, just to be sure. If it didn’t, well she had plans, and she moved her hands down Li’s sides and then around to her butt.
Li laughed, a gleam in her eyes at Ahsoka’s response. “No, it doesn’t.” She’d been afraid that it would sting, but the wound had healed enough, both thanks to Morrigan’s magic and time itself. She slid her hands up Ahsoka’s arms and slid her arms around her neck, groaning softly as she felt her girlfriend’s hands on her butt.
“I love you,” she said, then leaned in to kiss Ahsoka.
“Good, good…” Both to the salt and to the fact Li loved her. She thought again about that other idea. The one involving asking Li to marry her. She’d talked to Raven about it but back then it had been too soon. And right now, the idea wasn’t one she wanted to entertain. Not yet anyway.
She didn’t think she deserved it.
Li grinned, then pulled away from Ahsoka. She gave her a wink before she dove underwater and swam away from Ahsoka. Li then circled around and came back towards Ahsoka from behind.
“Oh no,” Ahsoka deadpanned. “Wherever did she go? I hope there’s no sexy shark around, to attack me and drag me under.”
Swimming up to Ahsoka, she reached out and grabbed her leg. She waited a second or two before she tugged her under, mostly to give Ahsoka time to take a breath. After all, she wasn’t wanting to drown her girlfriend. This was supposed to be fun!
Ahsoka took a breath, feigning some flailing before she was pulled under the water. She twisted around, looking for her girlfriend so she could get her back. Though she totally did deserve the whole getting pulled under thing.
She swam tackled Li and kissed her underwater.
The grin on Li’s face only grew as Ahsoka turned around and swim tackled her. She kissed her back, wrapping her arms around Ahsoka’s back and holding her close. This was quite the intense feeling, kissing underwater. And she rather liked it.
Ahsoka could hold her breath for an incredible amount of time, but when kissing Li it became a little harder than usual. Li left her breathless and she’d willingly give up the air in her lungs. Pulling them both to the surface, Ahsoka broke the kiss. “I almost don’t want to go home.”
Li drew in a deep breath when they surfaced and she pushed some of her hair out of her face. “Neither do I. This getaway has been wonderful. You’re amazing.” It was also what Li had needed. She’d had a hard time since getting the injury from Diablo, and getting away from everything for a few days had been perfect.
Things were looking up and Ahsoka thought Li was looking better too. An extended stay away from everything did wonders, and Ahsoka felt a lot lighter, herself. She stroked her hands down Li’s cheeks, then looped her arms around her. “Kind of nice to be a normal person for awhile.”
“I agree. It’s nice to relax and just be normal.” No dreams, no crazy Orange County happenings, nothing. Just them and the peace that came with a beach house. This was something Li could potentially become accustomed to. She wrapped her arms snugly around Ahsoka and smiled warmly at her. “We should do this more often.”
“Tomorrow. And the day after,” Ahsoka said. But then they’d have to go home. She sighed, then smiled softly and expertly unlaced Li’s top and dangled it in front of her.
Li had more meant taking vacations more often, but of course once school started in the fall, Li wouldn’t have much free time to get away for longer than a weekend. But sometimes just a weekend away was enough. When Ahsoka dangled her top in front of her, Li’s jaw dropped a bit. “Oh you sneak,” she teasingly chastized and made an attempt to get Ahsoka’s top off as well.
The look on Li’s face was more than worth the effort. Ahsoka ran her other hand up her side, and did nothing to stop Li’s attempt. In fact, she’d encourage it if she wasn’t too busy giving Li’s breast a thorough inspection. “A sneak? Me?”
“Yes, you,” Li responded. She tried to sound accusatory, but instead it was more of a groan as Ahsoka gave her breast that inspection. She pressed into her touch as she slid a hand up Ahsoka’s skin, coming to a breast and caressing it.
Ahsoka leaned in and kissed her, suddenly way beyond words. There was no one out there but an ocean and their little beach house, though the thought suddenly struck Ahsoka right in the heart. She broke the kiss. “Lets save up and buy this place. When we’re little and old.”
She returned the kiss deeply. She never got tired of the feel of Ahsoka’s lips on hers, or the feel of their skin pressed together. “Somehow I think the only one that’s going to get little with age is me. It’s a rule of being Asian,” Li teased. “But I like the thought of buying this place. We should definitely do it.”
She grinned at her girlfriend. “Lucky you. Togruta are like fine wine, we get better with age.” She glanced back at the shore, gently nuzzling Li’s body with her own. “I really like that idea. We have to become rich.”
“Then I’m looking forward to it even more.” Li responded with a smile. She snuggled against Ahsoka’s body as she gazed back to the beach house. “It’s certainly a possibility. If I become part of a professional orchestra I could make a decent salary.” Or if she managed to become a sought-after musician to give recitals and other performances, that would also help. “So that is a start.”
“Maybe we’ll just rob a bank,” Ahsoka suggested, before she leaned in to kiss Li again. She wondered what it would be like to make love in the ocean. She was going to find out.
Li chuckled into the kiss before she returned to sliding her hands over Ahsoka’s skin, caressing it. There was definitely something extremely hot about making love in the ocean. It was a definite turn on.
