Alecto didn't always make moves, but then she was more than a little used to starry-eyed boys imagining her as all sorts of things she wasn't. Partly because she let them believe she was whoever they wanted her to believe in that moment to get what she wanted.
But this wasn't one of those moments.
He was drunk and she was...not as much. Not to mention, she didn't know if she wanted to fall into something at the moment. Things had gotten strange and she didn't know where exactly she was. Her habit of making bad life decisions to ignore her current problems was being pushed to the side because somewhere along the line she'd realized a really bad decision when she saw it. She blamed friendship.
She turned to look at him again, giving him a hint of a smile. "Don't worry about me. I've got my head on straight. I'm not going to go evil. You'll know I'm in danger if I start wearing my hair in a very tight bun."
