Celaena had invited Damian over to show him the fighting leathers that had appeared overnight. She hadn’t told him what she had to show him, choosing instead to remain coy, but she figured he’d get a kick out of seeing her in the figure hugging leathers. Upon hearing the doorbell, she hurried to the door to greet him.
“Hi!” she grinned, throwing the door open she grinned and threw her arms around him. She always loved seeing Damian, it gave her a bubbly feeling low in her stomach everytime she knew he was coming over. Pulling back slightly, she cupped his face in her hands and kissed him deeply, fingers migrating into his hair as she pressed herself against him.
Most of the time, Damian knew that when Celaena invited him over it was because she wanted to show him something or because her parents were out of town because the majority of the time they either hung out at his place or were out on dates so when she had asked him to come over, he went.
As he was greeted, Damian laughed softly as she practically threw herself at him and wrapped his arms around her waist, “You act like you haven’t seen me in weeks. You know that?” He returned her kiss, groaning softly as her fingers sifted through his hair.
“Would you prefer I didn't invite you over next time?” Celaena told him, leaning back and giving him a pointed look. “Because that's what will happen if you keep complaining about a thoroughly breathtaking greeting,” she explained. “Would you like a more lackluster greeting in future?” she pouted.
Damian laughed and kissed her again, “No, I’m very happy with my greetings. I definitely don’t want them to stop.” He reached down and gave her ass a quick squeeze, “So, what did you want to show me?” He was curious as to if there really was something she wanted to show him or if she had just wanted him to come over.
Celaena grinned after he kissed and groped her. “Good, because I do so love giving them to you!” she told him happily before grabbing his hand and leading him up to her room. “I’ve got something which I think you’re going to love,” she told him, pulling him into her room and pushing him to sit on the end of her bed next to Fleetfoot. She pressed a quick kiss to his lips and held her finger up between them with a naughty smirk on her face. “Now wait here and I’ll be back in a minute,” she told him as she backed away into her walk-in closet and closed the doors behind her.
Damian let Celaena lead him up to her room, wondering what exactly she had to show him. Once seated next to Fleetfoot, he started scratching her head and quirked a brow at Celaena, “You’re being very secretive, you know that?” He already suspected that it was something from the dreams, but at the same time, it could be just about anything.
Changing into her skin tight assassin’s outfit as quickly as she could, Celaena checked herself in the mirror, tossing her hair so she looked rumpled and, frankly, gorgeous. Frowning at herself, she realised that something was missing and put her hands on her hips. Realising what was missing, by its absence at her hip, Celaena quickly dug into the back of her wardrobe to find the swords that had also come from her Dreamworld. Nimble fingers quickly fastened the weapons around her waist and this time when she looked in the mirror she was satisfied by what she saw.
“Ok, I’m coming out now,” she announced before pushing the doors of her walk in closet open and posing with her arms on top of them and looking sultry. “Well, what do you think?”
While Celaena changed, Damian continued to scratch Fleetfoot’s head, which was now resting in his lap. He was extremely curious as to what Celaena had to show him and considering she’d gone into her rather large closet, he had a feeling it was an outfit of some sort and wondered if it was from her dreams or simply something she’d bought.
Once she opened the doors of the closet, he knew that it was from her dreams and he couldn’t help but stare, openly. “Wow. You look amazing.” Getting to his feet, Fleetfoot barked then settled back down.
Celaena grinned at him as he walked towards her, smoothing her hands down her body. “Thanks,” she could feel herself blushing and tilted her head to look up at him coyly. “It just appeared the other night at the foot of my bed and I thought to myself, I know someone who will truly appreciate this,” she winked at him, reaching out to slide her hands from his waist to his chest when he came close enough.
Damian smirked as he looked her over, “Sounds like when I got mine.” It had been quite the surprise back then since he hadn’t had many dreams beforehand, “What’s it made of? Is it reinforced or anything?” His own suit had kevlar and other materials to keep him from getting too hurt if he were shot at or fighting someone with a blade.
“I’m not sure really,” Celaena said looking down at herself. “It feels kind of strong like leather but more flexible. And it’s really comfortable too,” she looked up at him. “It was a gift from...from the man who trained me. He had this made for me and…” she stopped herself before she said Sam’s name. She couldn’t remember having spoken to Damian about Sam before and even though she had never met the real Sam she still felt a connection to him.
Damian couldn’t help but be a little fascinated by Celaena’s outfit. He’d seem plenty of woman, in his dreams, in outfits similar to his own and even similar to hers, but somehow Celaena’s looked unique. He wasn’t sure if it was because it was on her or because it was from a different time and place, “Can it deflect sharp objects?” As he looked her over, his blue eyes took in all the details of her outfit.
“I don't remember, we’ll have to test it,” Celaena shrugged before looking up at him with a grin. “So? Do you like it?” she asked, pressing herself against him. The hilts of her swords bumped against him and she winked at him. “It's the swords isn't it,” she laughed.
Damian smirked as he wrapped his arms around her waist, “I like it a lot. We’ll have to go out later and test it out.” He laughed and nodded, “Swords are pretty sexy.” Damian had never really thought too much about swords until he’d gotten his katana from his dreams and now it was like an extension of himself.
Celaena arched her eyebrow at him, her arms wrapped around his neck. “You’ve got your very willing and flexible girlfriend in front of you, dressed essentially in leather for you, and all you can think about is going out and fighting,” she teased with a little grin, playing gently with the hair at the base of his neck.
“Well, I mean, it looks like it took awhile to get on and I wouldn’t want to mess up your hard work,” Damian smirked as he reached up and cupped Celaena’s cheeks then leaned forward to kiss her. Fighting wasn’t the only thing on his mind, but he at least wanted her to think that he could be a nice guy who didn’t think about sex all the time.
“Aww, you’re so sweet,” Celaena grinned up at him, stroking her hand through his hair. “Ok, so do you want to head out now? Since I’m all dressed and ready to go?”
“Well, I’d say yes, but the sun is still out. Probably best to go out crime fighting at night,” Damian said, smirking, his gaze wandering over Celaena’s body, “So, I mean, we could kill some time.” Of course Damian wanted to be a gentleman, but he was also a guy.
Celaena grinned at him and pulled him down for a slow kiss. Today was going to be a very good day.
