Helena had worn a white tuxedo. Even at her own wedding, she was still unable to force herself into a dress for a few hours. Considering the party, Helena had opted for elegance and comfort without having to change clothes. Not to mention as it was a beach wedding, she'd thought the tuxedo would've worked better in the end.
When she wasn't around Harley, she was mingling with guests or on the dance floor, either having been stolen by her brother or father, or stealing someone else for a dance. Even though she and Harley had already done their special dance, she was going to get Harley on the dance floor with her once more before the evening was over.
She was currently weaving through the guests, eyes darting around to keep an eye out for her daughter who seemed to be an even bigger social butterfly than she was. Which was saying something. She caught up to the ten year old, who had done an excellent job as the flower girl, ringer bearer and maid of honor. Christina was the spitting image of her mother, though her hair and eyes were a couple shades lighter than Helena's. And her dress was very beautiful and intensely sparkly. She certainly looked like a fairy princess. She leaned down and gave Christina a kiss to her cheek and her response was to get a great big hug from her, which she returned. She murmured to Christina before the girl bounded off over to her uncle. Helena straightened up and just shook her head with a bemused smile.
