Cosima Niehaus doesn't talk about Clone Club (geekmonkey) wrote in valarlogs,
Luckily for Diana, Cosima was a social creature herself. She liked people, and she liked talking to them. She was also the type who tended to trust way too easily, which led to her trusting the wrong people, but she genuinely believed in people and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Thus far, she hadn't been bitten in the ass by those tendencies in this world. Her dream self, however, kept getting bitten in the ass by that tendency. Something Cosima was trying to recognize and not do as much of here. Luckily, Sarah was here who could give her the right dose of questioning to keep her from throwing herself headlong into doing stupid things.
"It's nice to meet you, Diana," Cosima responded. Diana's name sounded familiar to her, but she couldn't place it. Cosima was very pop culture savvy, and eventually she'd recognize where she knew the name from. While she was rather energetic when it came to such things, she knew enough to not talk to people about it. For example, she'd never talk to Natasha about being the Black Widow and the comics and movies and so forth that had her in them. Cosima liked living, and Natasha could actually kill her in more ways than she could count.
"I'm actually pretty adventurous." Cosima smiled as she followed Diana back to her table. She slid her bag off her shoulder and set it down. Looking over the snacks she had, she was rather impressed by the diversity of them. "Wow, talk about hitting the jackpot for varied snacks. But you know, I think the Feta Chips sound like a good place to start." The Cheetos were definitely fun, she remembered those, but she wanted to go for something else. "Are you a student here?" Even though it seemed obvious that Diana had received a care package, it didn't necessarily mean she was going to college. She could be a professor, or just work in administration or something.
