She'd been gazing up at it for awhile, but when she grew tired of that she looked over at Annie. "Annie? That's a nice name," she commented with a smile.
Now came the part that Maria hated; trying to determine what sort of questions to ask, or what to talk about. It wasn't as though she desperately wanted the other woman to stay, but it would give her an excuse to stay on the beach a little longer.
