Izzy was very happy with how Baxters second location, still affectionately referred to as BB2 by Audrey and herself, was working out. It was busy and popular and she was even getting to grasp with the paperwork. Though she still loved created new pastries and cookies the most of course. Something she had just finished doing.

Turning when the bell chimed to let her know that a customer had just arrived she smiled, "You are just in time. How would you like to try a brand new cookie?" she asked him holding out the tray with the fresh cookies on them.

"Oh man." It was like she knew him or something. Stiles was more than happy to sample a cookie. "You're awesome," he said as he plucked one of the treats off the tray. "And they're still warm."

He bit into it. "That is good." And to think he'd been conflicted about visiting the bakery. He didn't need the sugar, but man he was glad he'd decided to stop.

Izzy grinned, "Still warm and soft, just as they should be. I'm using a new recipe with slightly darker chocolate but still with that sweetness of milk chocolate" she said, "I'm glad you like it" It was always good to see a reaction, you could read so much from someone's face.

"I definitely like it," he told her. It was the kind of cookie that just sort of melted in your mouth. It was perfect.

"I mean, I think I'll take a couple home to my dad." Because his dad worked hard, and deserved something good.

"Great" she said with a smile, "Can I get you anything else? Have you tried our sparkling lattes? They're very popular" Izzy would add in an extra cookie for free since he'd been such a good taste tester.

"I think I had one last time I was here? I don't remember." Stiles shrugged. "I'll have one now, I guess." He nodded. Because why not? He was in a good mood. And he was kind of treating himself, so he was going to really go for it.

"Well if you don't remember then I definitely think you need one" Izzy said with a grin, "It never fails to improve your day" she added as she moved to start making it.

"Well, I just remember that I had something that was really good. I don't remember what it was called," he told her. He didn't really pay attention to that kind of thing. If it turned out to be the same drink, though, he might make an effort to remember it this time!

Izzy chuckled, "Don't worry about it. As long as you keep coming back you don't have to remember what you had. You can keep trying new things" she grinned.

"I'll definitely keep coming back," Stiles told her. "The food here is addicting. In a good way. Well, not good for the waistline, but so worth it." He laughed a little laugh and hoped he didn't come off as a complete idiot for doing so.

"Wonderful. I'm glad to hear it" Izzy said before laughing, "It's definitely worth a little extra time in the gym" She had certainly increased her workouts since working at the bakery.

"Definitely. That's hardly a problem for me." Stiles didn't go to the gym, exactly. But he did keep in shape. He'd just do a little extra to work off the extra calories after his visits to the bakery!
