Family. His biological family hadn't been that great, but the real family that he'd made for himself? He'd go through hell and back for any of them.
"Great, I'll be waiting right over there." Daryl pointed to a nearby empty table, and then made his way over there. It'd be nice to have more friends here in the OC, to have lunch with someone that wasn't someone that he worked with out on the job site, and Riza was good people. Daryl sat, pulling his lunch out of the bag, and took another sip of his drink. Today was a good day, and Daryl was thankful for those since it made the nights that much more bearable.
