The mention of campus food had a single eyebrow arch and Jack just offered a shrug. He hadn't ever been to college before, or graduated high school for that matter. Still if she was taking classes than he'd do what he could to give her a flexible enough schedule. "We open round 1pm...or technically whenever I manage to roll out of bed. Typically though the bar is in business from 1pm to 4am. Far as shifts go, well we'd normally start ya out at around 6 hours a day. However if your classes make that impossible we can work something out."
A smile touched the corner of his mouth when she spoke, happy that he was sober enough to at least offer some semblance of decent advise. Honestly most of the shit would just come with time and experience. So there wasn't a whole lot as far as words of wisdom he could impart. "Cool. Got myself a pair a when I first started busing tables and it made all the fucking difference in the world. Far as other stuff goes...oh." A frown dampened his smile and Jack actually paused to consider just how to put his next train of thought into words.
"Look, odds are sooner or later a drunk prick may try and get grabby with you. I know the waitress dress a little...well punk rock biker slut is the way Robin put it, so that sums it up. Still it doesn't give anyone the right to touch ya, so if someone does just let me or the boys at the door know and we'll handle it. Honestly though the bouncers, and the staff are good at keeping an eye out for each other so ya shouldn't have any real problems."
