If Henry thought that a camera was going to stop Tas, he obviously thought he was dealing with someone who cared about things like personal possessions.
Still, Tas didn't want to get in trouble, and he really didn't want to get arrested or something (really, people called the cops over the most trivial things). When the man raised his camera to his eye, Tas took aim at his chest, stood from behind his hiding place, gave his best Xena watery, and fired, assuming that his aim would be as true as it was I'm the dreams, despite the fact that he'd never actually used his hoopak staff in real life. Once the snowball left the staff, he crouched down behind the barricade again, only his eyes and the bobble from the top of his torque visible over the snow.
