Honestly, the political atmosphere of Moscow had been bad before. Now? Svetlana could feel a headache coming on and just pinched the bridge of her nose. She knew that there was only so much to be done at the moment. It was just frustrating, plus the underlying feeling of guilt because it was her work that had her parents in the predicament they were. Even though her work never came up for that very reason, there was suspicion of NGOs that worked with human rights issues and had foreign funding and then the laws.
