After hearing that Cosima's procedure wasn't the cure all they had been hoping for, Felix had decided that he couldn't simply sit around at home, because he would end up dwelling on it and complaining to Sarah about how unfair it all was; besides, he didn't want Kira to know that her donation hadn't worked to save Cosima in the long run. She was only a little girl and she didn't need to know that, so Felix had decided that the best thing to do was to take a page out of his dream self's book and go out. Of course, unlike in his most recent dream, Felix wasn't going to a club and he wasn't wearing assless chaps; not that he didn't own a pair of course, but the bar he was going to wasn't that sort of place.

Stomping out his cigarette before going in, he headed towards the bar and got the bartender's attention before ordering his usual drink then sat down at an empty stool to wait.

Ugh, Josh is so sick of studying for exams. They're like three weeks away but it creeps up on him every damn year so he's trying to get an early start. Sort of.

Except once he picks out his monologue for his theatre class he feels like he deserves a break, so he heads out to catch some fresh air. Maybe grab a drink while he's out here.

So he swings by a bar that's not too far away from his house and plunks himself down at the bar next to a scrawny looking kid maybe about his age, trying to figure out if he wants a mixed drink or just a beer.

Felix's drink was placed on the bar just as the good looking man sat down beside him. Not one to do anything discreetly, Felix glanced over openly, dark eyes looking him over for a moment before speaking, "Need help deciding what to order?" The guy looked like he was trying to decide what to drink and Felix had been to this particular bar a couple times before so he could suggest something if that were the case.

	"I should be studying, but I'm pretty sure I'm over it tonight so I'm gonna go a step up from a beer, I think." The boy next to him is a little on the thin side, but still very pretty. Felix might have only gone to a nearby bar that evening, but that didn't mean that he hadn't made himself up before leaving the house. His eyes were ringed with eyeliner and his full lips were shiny with lipgloss. Felix rarely went out without at least lipgloss on.

In response to the question, Felix turned a little more on his stool so that he was facing the other full on, "You could go for a martini or maybe a tequila sunrise." He suggested, taking a sip of his own drink, "And I'd be lying if I said I missed studying." There was something familiar about the other man, but Felix met so many people that he couldn't place him just yet.

Josh has never been one for makeup, he's much more of a plaid shirt and jeans with a backwards ball cap sort of guy. But that doesn't mean he can't appreciate it on someone else, and Felix certainly makes it look good.

Especially the eyes, damn. Very nice.

"Tequila sunrise, shit yes, that sounds good. Let's do one of those." He flashes his (fake but fantastic looking) ID at the bartender and gives him a charming grin. "Thanks for the assist, man."

Felix had started experimenting with makeup in high school, even when some students would make fun or him or give him strange looks; he still wore whatever the hell he wanted and didn't let anyone else's opinion change him. And he still lived that way today.

He watched as the dark haired boy pulled out his ID and spoke to the bartender, "No problem. So what are you supposed to be studying tonight?" He was extremely curious about the slightly familiar looking boy sitting beside him and had decided to make it his mission to find out as much as he could about him.

Which Josh totally respects. And besides, this guy makes it look really damn good. Which means Josh is watching him pretty intently while waiting for his drink.

"Probably math or some shit. Whatever I'm supposed to be getting out of the way so I can focus on my major. But I'm like -- it's whatever, for me. I'm only staying in school to avoid the tabloid explosion."

Which he punctuates with a gesture and an explosion noise.

It wasn't until the other mentioned tabloids that Felix realized why he seemed so familar. "Josh Washington? We spoke on Valarnet." Ever since Felix and Josh had spoke on the net, Felix had wanted to talk to him again, but hadn't seen him post so it was quite the coincidence that they had run into each other tonight at the bar, "Felix Dawkins." He hoped that Josh remembered talking to him, not that that would deter Felix from continuing to talk to him even if he didn't remember.
