That feeling hadn't really come to Emma yet. She still wasn't sure where her magic even centred yet. She knew it reacted to her emotions, which was great in the heat of the moment, less so when she actually wanted to practice. So far, not a lot had happened in Emma's dreams about her magic -she'd broke a curse, she'd used the dream catcher, she'd stopped Cora from taking her heart. But that was about it.
Looking around was almost enough to overwhelm her though. All the markings and the different little bits and pieces, it was definitely making it all more real. She wasn't ever really interested in this stuff when she was younger either, although she did find it interesting knowing that she had this power, it was all new and strange still.
"Really?" The idea that someone could feel something like that about her, sense anything about her ability, that was just a little unnerving. She wasn't even sure just what she was capable of yet herself -although she was told it was a lot, and the idea of someone else knowing before her? Well, it was weird. But weird was fine, weird was normal, new mantra and everything. "Does that mean that... that you might be able to tell what I'd be able to do?" So far it was a little bit of elemental things -like the fireball and the wind and that white thing she made, and getting the tree to put her down, that was something too she guessed.
But she wasn't sure about things like potions or spells or conjuring? Of course it was all still a bunch of stereotypes in Emma's head.
